We want to make sure all customers are satisfied. We do have our return policy allows for item(s) return and your choice of a full refund or replacement item(s). However, we do have a couple simple requirements for processing a return.
You may want to return your order due to any of the following reasons:
|Damaged||The product is damaged during delivery|
|Incorrect/ Wrong item||Not the product the customer ordered (e.g. wrong size or wrong color)|
|Does Not Match||
Customer receives the item correctly, however, the item does not match with the customer’s house (We do accept replacement for this reason, but we accept no refund). The shipping cost for the return item and shipping cost for the new item will be bare by customer.
